Our Guarantee to you is your car will be repaired professionally. At time of service we do a Complete Vehicle Safety Inspection, at which time you will be asked by our technician to follow him to bay area. This is where you will be shown all defects found during the inspection and given a chance to ask questions of the technician. Our shop realizes the State of our Economy, so we show you the things that should be fixed first to bring your vehicle into safe standards. We will then give you and estimate of remaining work which should be done to bring your vehicle back up to 100%. We realize that funds for the family is scarce and want to work with you so we can become your Auto Care Service Center. You will recieve your old parts to dispose of, less any core parts which must be returned to parts warehouse.

We Offer: 10% off to Military and Senior Citizens and 5% off to Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, Nurses and Educators. Must show badge or other identification for these professions to recieve discount.

How long have you been in business?
Just reopened business under new management in July of 2011.
What is your primary product or service?
Automotive Services and Repairs, Towing
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Worked as a Automotive Mechanic Technician and it has been my dream to open my own shop. I was given that chance and intend to build it to the most successful young shop in the CSRA. My concern is for Vehicular Safety and those of which I serve, my customers and potiential customers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Not in business to push parts for profit, but vehicular safety for those on our highways. My customers are my business and they are my advertising to their public and friends. This will help to generate and grow our business as long as we here at XCITE maintain our strick guidelines that We are Professional and Responsible to Our Public to give Quality work to the higest stardards for all that patronize Our Shop.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have just this location, but do intend to expand as soon as this shop maintains a strong clientel. It is Our desire to expand and generate clients throughout the CRSA and possibly start a business in Columbia, SC. We want to be the New Era of Shops that does not look to their Customers as profit, but continued relationships where the customer knows We can be trusted and are reputable and fair. Our economy has changed the whole concept business these days where families must be considered and helped whenever possible. That is our new building block for success.

From Augusta on Gordon Hwy. travel toward and pass under Peach Orchard overpass and we will be approximately 250ft on the right in Blue Building w/ Blue with Orange Strips on Canopy. Our building is just before White Brothers Auto Parts Warehouse and Llyods Auto Collision Center. From South Gate Plaza, we will be on the Left side of Gordon Hwy. approximately 300yds. you will see Lloyd Auto Collision, White Brothers Warehouse and Xcite is the next business with the Large Blue Electronic Sign and it is Blue building w/ Blue and Orange Striped canopy.
