Jennifer Sears is dedicated to helping the public increase their knowledge in Debt, Credit, and Financial Awareness, Financial Growth, and most importantly receive a path toward Debt Freedom, and Financial Sustainability. She has spoken at numerous functions throughout the CSRA and she has helped many people. Jennifer has spent the last 10+ years focusing on being a successful consumer advocate. She assesses best practices and continually stays abreast with the changing times.
As the CEO of J Sears Financial a division of J Sears Company, LLC. Formerly originated in 2008 as Sears Mortgage Company, LLC. And the founder of The Sears Institute Inc. a non-profit organization. J Sears dedicates her time by helping and educating clients. She has developed different strategies that yields positive results and produce everyday solutions to debt, credit and financial issues. J Sears is determined to educate and empower her clients; J Sears focuses on key aspects of everyone’s financial life and offer moves to make for debt freedom; she has extensive experience in mortgages, debt, credit and financial education. She has worked in major collections companies and has also worked in and owned her own Mortgage company.

We currently have 1 office location and we plan on expanding to other areas worldwide.
